John Harrison asked us to build them a content managed website with a used vehicle search facility to show what stock they had available. Used vehicles are already managed and maintained by the company and sent to Auto Trader. It would have been pointless having to upload images and vehicle details on the website when the data is alerady available from Auto Trader.
The solution was an overnight data feed from Auto Trader which added the vehicle images and specifications. When vehicles are sold they are automatically removed from the website. New vehicles or updated details are added every night.
The content management system gave them control over their own website so they could add pages and make changes whenever they required.
